“You can live with cancer - actively, adventurously, optimistically”
Luke was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive sarcoma aged 24. It had spread from his shoulder to his lungs. The doctors said it was incurable.
Against the odds, he was alive at the end of treatment.
In the precious time this had bought him, he set off on an epic adventure, to fulfil his dream of cycling from Bristol to Beijing.
No one could have predicted what happened next.

Luke was diagnosed with incurable stage 4 cancer at the age of 24. He set off from his hometown of Bristol for Beijing on 1st January 2020. He was awarded an MBE for his fundraising efforts and is finishing his book of the expedition. This is his first feature documentary.
